Refund Policy
It is the policy of Beadling Soccer Club to refund registration fees only if your player moves more than 50 miles from his/her primary residence prior to the start of the season or if the player is unable to participate due to a season-ending injury or illness, as documented by a physician, in which case a partial refund will be granted based on the percentage of team training sessions and games that the player was able to participate in prior to injury/illness. Refund requests due to injury or illness must be made within two weeks of knowledge of the extent of the injury or illness and must include a physician’s note indicating that the player is physically unable to play. If Beadling Soccer Club does not place a player on a team, a full refund will be issued.
No refund, credits or fee transfers will be allowed for any other reasons. Conflicts with practice or game schedules are not grounds for a refund. There will be no reimbursements, refunds or credits granted for games or other events due to weather, acts of God, or forfeits. If a player’s Beadling team qualifies for the President’s Cup Regionals, the USYSA Regional Championships or any other postseason championship including nationals, and that player is not going to be continuing with that Beadling team during the following season, whether that player is permitted to play in the President’s Cup Regionals or the USYSA Regional Championships, or nationals, is solely Beadling Soccer Club’s decision. If the decision is made by Beadling Soccer Club that the player will not play in regionals and/or nationals, the player will not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement or credit.
